Our Elkhart location is hiring for a full-time RN to work in our Ortho Phone Room. The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of RN experience. The RN will assist patients via phone with their questions and or needs. This role focuses on assisting patients over the telephone and does have a functions which are consistently sedimentary. A current IN RN license and BLS is required.

The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, caring, compassionate, yet firm. Typical calls coming into the RN Phone Office are related to increased pain, RX refills, scheduling, status updates and pain management questions. Other duties include inspection reports, drug screens and wellness checks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competency in utilizing NexGen EHR, EPM and Outlook programs. Able to navigate and obtain needed information independently. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse required.
