Plumber Referral Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Plumber Referral Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with plumbing contractors while promoting water damage restoration services. This role focuses on generating leads, creating opportunities, and driving new business in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and eager to take initiative.

Requirements :

• Develop and maintain relationships with plumbing contractors to secure referrals
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and educational seminars
• Plan and deliver presentations and networking luncheons
• Create targeted marketing campaigns and maintain a professional presence on social media
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Sales experience preferred; training available for the right person
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Availability for on-call responsibilities and 48+ hours per week
