Your Role :

Greet and assist rental car customers with professionalism and courtesy

Assist the service team in the rental return car initiating and returning process

Manage the rental fleet, contracts, and scheduling including ensuring compliance with policies

Coordinate with service and body shop teams for customer needs

Ensure rental vehicles are clean, ready, and compliant

Provide top-notch customer service to every guest

Qualifications :

Strong communication and organizational skills

Customer service experience (automotive or hospitality a plus)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude and drive to grow within the dealership
