job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home physical therapy services to patients across the DFW area. You will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to improve functional mobility and quality of life for our clients.
