¿Eres un techador experto en metal o TPO con liderazgo natural y enfoque en resultados? Buscamos un Líder de Cuadrilla para dirigir nuestros proyectos de techado metálico en la zona de Pompano Beach. Pago por producción —mientras más rindes, más ganas.

Lo Que Harás :

Dirigir una cuadrilla en proyectos de techos comerciales y residenciales

Preparar el sitio, remover sistemas viejos e instalar techos de TPO / metal

Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, segura y eficiente

Leer planos, medir con precisión y asegurar cumplimiento de metas

Garantizar el uso correcto de equipo de seguridad y prácticas seguras

Lo Que Necesitas :

???? 2+ años de experiencia en techado (preferencia en metal / TPO)

???? Capacidad de levantar 50+ lbs con frecuencia y trabajar en alturas

???? Habilidad con herramientas, medidas y solución de problemas

☀️ Disponibilidad para trabajar temprano, algunos sábados y en cualquier clima

???? Pasar examen antidrogas antes de iniciar
