Price Edwards and Company is looking to hire a groundskeeper in Tulsa  to perform various tasks that keep our apartment buildings in order. Are you someone who enjoys fixing things up? This position earns a competitive wage , depending on experience. WORK SCHEDULE FOR A GROUNDSKEEPER

This full-time position works a typical schedule of Monday to Friday 40 HOURS A WEEK.

• Maintains grounds and removes all litter daily.
• Shovels snow from walks and driveways.
• Spreads salt on public passage ways to prevent ice buildup.
• Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Waters lawn and shrubs. Prunes shrubs
• Repairs fences, gates, walls, and walks. Paints fences and outbuildings.
• Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts.
• Sweeps sidewalks and curbs and keeps breezeways clean.
• Assist make-ready with removing appliances, and preparation of units for move-in.
• Complies with all work rules, including those that pertain to safety and health.
• Team player, self-motivated.
• Attend and complete mandatory safety training
• Other duties may be assigned.
