Our successful personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking a bilingual receptionist who speaks Spanish and English fluently. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and professional, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate individuals
• Conduct a brief intake on potential clients and cases
• Greet clients and visitors in person
• Sort incoming mail and send mail via FedEx or UPS
• Filing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
• Receiving and sending faxes
• Scanning incoming mail and labeling electronic files
• Perform data entry in our Legal Software (Filevine)
• Prepare letters, documents, and spreadsheets
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Coordinate tasks with case managers and attorneys

Requirements :

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Bachelors Degree
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday from 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm, located in Beverly Hills, CA. There is also a weekend shift available where you could receive two consecutive weekdays off.
