Diesel Mechanic (Night Shift 4pm-4am) Midlothian, Texas

Join Waste Connections as a Diesel Mechanic and keep our fleet running strong! Were hiring experienced techs to perform maintenance and repairs on garbage truckscovering everything from hydraulics and electrical to engine systems. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety.

• ? $22.00$30.00 / hour based on experience Plus $2,500.00 Stay on Bonus
• ? $150 / month tool allowance + annual boot stipend

• ? Consistent hours : 5060 hrs / week, MonFri + some Saturdays

• ????? What Youll Do :
• ? Perform preventative maintenance & inspections
• ? Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues
• ? Handle on-road breakdowns and emergency calls
• ? Keep shop clean, organized, and safe
• ? Accurately document all work performed
• ? Requirements :
• ? 3+ years of diesel or heavy truck experience
• ? Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• ? ASE cert and CDL (A or B) a strong plus
• ? Reliable, hard-working, and safety-minded
• ? Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
