Strategic Program Delivery Lead, Content and AI

Google is seeking a Strategic Program Delivery Lead to own outcomes and decision-making, solve ambiguous problems, and influence stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the domain and experience in people management, supervision, or team leadership.

  • Locations : Washington D.C., DC, USA; Austin, TX, USA; Mountain View, CA, USA; New York, NY, USA

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with Content and AI Policy leads to implement programs, identify risk areas, and develop strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead the team in conducting analyses of product features, establishing tracking and reporting, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to determine optimal implementation pathways for new policies and manage execution plans.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and empowerment to a team of Risk, Compliance, and Integrity program and policy managers.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 14 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
  • 10 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Advanced degree in law, business, compliance, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in influencing decision-making at all levels and bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Familiarity with industry-accepted risk and compliance policies and frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, executive management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze fragmented information and develop balanced recommendations and effective solutions.
