Banquet Captain

We just launched a new event space and need a detailed oriented  lead help set mise en place(bug out kits, allergen labels) for the crew and act as our quartermaster.

You :

Strong server / bartender who is great customer facing

Organized and can plan ahead

Will help maintain a high level presentation

Management experience is a plus

We are open Monday-Friday, most shifts you are done by 9pm.

This role is roughly 30hrs a week

This role could be  grow to full time for the right person
