Job Overview :

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic and dedicate team of professionals. We are a growing firm with a dedicated team of three attorneys, two paralegals, two intake specialists, and administrative assistant. We are looking for an moderately experienced associate attorney to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, a keen eye for detail, and excellent research and writing skills. We pride ourselves on communication and working in a collaborative, mostly remote, environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious attorney to grow and develop their career. Our ideal candidate will be located within New Mexico. This is a remote position with the availability of being hybrid in our satellite Albuquerque.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of cases, including drafting pleadings and briefs.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and other pre-trial and trial proceedings.
• Represent clients in court, including real estate, business partnership disputes, general litigation matters, and personal injury.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, including litigation strategies and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and other team members to achieve case goals.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and court decisions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all case-related activity.
• Perform administrative tasks related to legal cases, including document management and legal document preparation.
• Utilize Westlaw and other legal databases to conduct research and stay current with legal developments.

Requirements :

Pay is DOE within listed range.
