What You'll Do

  • Own the first impression : Answer inbound calls / chats fast, with empathy and urgency.
  • Qualify + convert : Ask smart questions, set expectations, and close the intake to a scheduled inspectionspeed-to-lead is everything.
  • Set up the job right : Capture complete details (loss type, scope, access, decision maker, insurance info) and book the right team / timeframe.
  • Coordinate the handoff : Seamless transition to operations / sales; no dropped balls.
  • Document like a pro : Log every interaction in the CRM, clean and complete.
  • Improve the playbook : Spot gaps, suggest tweaks, and help us level up scripts, templates, and workflows.

  • ? Speed-to-lead : under 60 seconds on new inquiries
  • Qualified-to-scheduled conversion : 80%+
  • Data hygiene : 100% complete / accurate CRM entries
