Warehouse Receiving Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Specialist to manage incoming orders and perform essential warehouse duties. This role involves working in the receiving area, managing purchase orders in the system, and ensuring timely stock operations. The ideal candidate will be cross-trained in various warehouse functions, starting with receiving duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming orders and receive purchase orders in the system.
• Perform closing operations to stock and work with inspected parts.
• Load and unload products, ensuring all packages are received in the system daily or by the end of the week.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts.
• Cross-train in other warehouse areas such as order picking and shipping.

Work Environment

The work environment is manufacturing casual, requiring closed-toed shoes, pants, and a shirt. The position operates on the first shift from Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required, with an early start at 5 AM or 6 AM on Wednesdays for weekly cycle counts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLSBAD, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
