Transmotion LLC is looking for a driven, hardworking, and enthusiastic Outside Industrial Sales Representative to join our team of experts in the NW Wisconsin / NE Minnesota location. This position reports to the Sales Manager and will aggressively drive sales and business growth with existing and new customers. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs while ultimately contributing to the company's revenue goals.
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm and per customer demand
Status : Full time, exempt
Salary : Base plus commission
Travel : 80% (out of office) to Customers plus Value Added Company facilities as needed

- Capture $1.5-$3M in new sales revenue for the first 2 years.

Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred (sales management, marketing). At least 5-7 years of applicable experience could be substituted for formal education.Five to seven years of generating sales success in new markets.Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 suite. Able to communicate, collaborate, and present on Microsoft Teams as needed.Extensive knowledge of the function and associated with manufacturing (OEM) hose or hydraulics which service aerospace, department of defense, construction, agriculture, energy & utilities, transportation, and chemical industries.Work Environment :
At any one of the Value Added Companies, the environment can be associated with manufacturing, office, retail, and laboratory.The manufacturing environment and laboratory require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as defined by each facility. PPE could include eye protection, face shield, gloves, masks, ear plugs, and closed toed shoes. Required to wear PPE when visiting facilities with stated safety direction.The manufacturing environment is not climate controlled and may become warm in the summer and cooler in the winter. The office and retail spaces are climate controlled by the season and location of the facility.Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time traveling, in meetings, and sitting at a desk. This position will require standing for long periods of time, walking, and using hands and arms, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs for trade shows, traveling, at customer locations, etc. In a sales position, you will be speaking often and listening actively with customers, the team, and business colleagues that includes both in person, virtually, and on the phone. The individual will require fine motor skills, using fingers to operate small tools such as a phone and computer, or other controls specific to the position. Able to see details or objects at a close range may be necessary for tasks like reading product labels or identifying specific items.Working from home is managed by the team members. We require a safe and secure environment where the team members ensure they have an ergonomic setup, proper lighting, and a clear workspace to prevent injuries and eye strain.
