- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience required.
- Responsibilities : - Supervise associate clinicians.

- On-site support of clinical leadership as well.
California licensure is mandatory with a one-year commitment (for patient care and hopefully much longer)!

Supervise a maximum of 6 associates in outpatient counseling in San Diego, CA, providing guidance and support for their clients' care.Conduct weekly reviews of associate cases and notes.Uphold office policies and procedures as a Clinical Leader.Carry a caseload of clients for in-office and Telehealth sessions, ensuring excellent clinical care.Electronically document sessions and supervision using practice software.Manage billing and scheduling for active patients within the software system.Maintain a professional license and Clinical Supervision CEUs at all times.Hold Professional Liability insurance for direct care and supervision.Foster a positive and supportive growth relationship with associates.Adhere to BBS law and ethics standards for supervisors.Complete the required CEUs before starting supervision.Carry liability insurance for direct care and supervision.Have a passion for teaching young therapists.Be motivated to see clients while fulfilling supervisory duties.Enjoy direct care with minimal paperwork.Collaborative spirit.Open to growth opportunities.Desire to care for local patients in our communities.Job Qualifications :
