A company is looking for a Member Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians through various communication channels
Resolve inquiries and issues related to claims processing and eligibility while documenting engagement outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall experience for members, physicians, and pharmacies
Required Qualifications
Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is encouraged but not required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Willingness to obtain pharmacy technician certification within one year of hire
Spanish speaking abilities are highly valued for this role
