Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to join a home infusion pharmacy on a 13-week contract. This is a day shift opportunity for a pharmacist skilled in sterile compounding and comfortable working independently after training.

Position Details :

Environment : Home Infusion Pharmacy

Term : 13-week contract (agreements signed)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm

Special Notes :

Must be comfortable working independently after a 1-week training

Position requires standing for the entire shift

Responsibilities :

Prepare medications for clean room work

Verify sterile compounds prepared by pharmacy technicians

Perform occasional IV compounding as needed

Assist with checking meds, supplies, and deliveries leaving the pharmacy

Support additional pharmacy operations as required

Requirements :

Active Texas Pharmacist License

Sterile compounding experience

IV certification

Prior experience in home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy
