As we continue to expand our footprint in multifamily renovations, we need someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and can juggle multiple high-impact projects without missing a beat.

🛠 What Youll Do

  • Manage 35 active multifamily renovation projects (unit upgrades + capital improvements)
  • Create budgets, scopes of work, and project schedules using Excel & Smartsheet
  • Lead and coordinate reliable subcontractors across multiple trades
  • Ensure full OSHA compliance and jobsite safety
  • Streamline procurement, scheduling, and delivery across multiple properties
  • Maintain detailed records : before / after photos, milestone tracking, daily logs
  • Work closely with property managers, vendors, and clients to ensure satisfaction

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in multifamily rehab and CapEx project management
  • Strong understanding of Massachusetts building codes and OSHA safety procedures
  • Tech-savvy : Excel, Smartsheet, Procore (or similar tools)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to change
  • A solid network of subcontractors is a big plus!
