Job Title : Per Diem COTA Weekend Community-Based Rehab

Company : Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule : Saturdays and / or Sundays (as available)

Pay : $42 - $46 per visit.

Mileage reimbursement between clients!

Overview

This community-based COTA role offers the chance to provide weekend-only rehab and support to individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or hospitalizationall from the comfort of their home environment.

Duties

  • Perform prescribed therapy activities and mobility training in the patients home.
  • Monitor and report changes to the Occupational Therapist.
  • Reinforce therapeutic goals and ensure safety in ADL routines.
  • Help patients and caregivers understand adaptive equipment and care strategies.

Skills

  • MN COTA license.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to quality care delivery.
  • Detail-oriented documentation.
