In a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of the team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call and the first face they see when they walk in the door. Your most important responsibility is getting to know clients so well that you can help them identify and anticipate their needs. You and your financial advisor are essential in working together to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Role summary

As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year

  • Hiring Minimum : $26.10
  • Hiring Maximum : $27.74

  • Role Requirements

  • Client Service : Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound / outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal teams.
  • Account Management : Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account openings, transfers, requests, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support : Work independently under the direction of the financial advisor. Manage scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, handle correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and help update SOPs and branch plans.
  • Technology : Proficient computer skills with willingness to learn tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm software.
