Senior Associate

Our Ecosystem Strategic Finance team is seeking a Senior Associate to help drive growth of LinkedIn's Knowledge Marketplace & Flagship App.

In this role, they will be responsible for helping craft long and short term product initiative roadmaps through data driven insights, sizing the impact of product and GTM initiatives, and operational performance management to understand & optimize product performance. A strong candidate is equally comfortable and skilled at crafting a thoughtful plan, and rolling up their sleeves to get it done. We are looking for someone who excels at driving execution across multiple senior stakeholders, demonstrates strong ownership to dig deep into highly technical and complex areas to drive impact, and is highly analytical with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities :

• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes.
• Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
• Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
• Executes ad hoc analyses to prove / disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
• Independently creates, manages and updates forecasting models for products, initiatives and the broader LinkedIn ecosystem, in close collaboration with Product teams.

The pay range for this role is $98,000 - $158,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
