Clinical Services Support (CSS)

Locations : Shoreview & Maplewood, MN (split position, with potential support at other clinics)

Reports To : Front Desk Coordinator

OSI Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Clinical Services Support (CSS) team member. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, welcoming clinic experience. The CSS supports both front desk operations and clinical staff, helping deliver high-quality care.

What you'll do :

• Greet and check in patients, manage scheduling, and handle phone calls.
• Support administrative tasks including insurance verification, authorizations, chart prep, and data entry.
• Assist therapists with patient flow, equipment setup, cleaning, and laundry duties.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and help with clinic opening / closing as needed.
