You will be a Director in our Build Capability in the Americas, working part of a network how we bring this to life with our customers in the DC / Chesapeake market. You will drive sales and successfully deliver outcomes for clients across the product lifecycle as we build and modernize digital products, accelerate with on-demand expertise with our clients at any scale, and optimize their technology platforms and organizations.
What You’ll Do
This role executes region or country-wide Capability GTM strategy with market needs, acting as a subject matter expert and thought leader collaborating with industry partners to identify and win new customer opportunities. This individual is a leader on a go-to-market team, contributes to delivery in delivery leadership roles in customer engagements, and collaborates with leadership to achieve revenue targets and address capability challenges. A requirement of this role is to live within the DC / Chesapeake market.

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, at the Director level, the base salary pay range is $175,000-310,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
