Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Rate : $19.00 / hr, paid weekly
Job Summary :
Lead a small to medium-sized team, managing daily operations and ensuring contract compliance across services like Copy, Courier, Managed Print, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong customer service and communication.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and prioritize team tasks effectively.
Ensure contracted services meet SLA standards and client expectations.
Engage with customers and address service needs promptly.
Lift up to 50 lbs when required.
Occasionally travel using personal vehicle for deliveries or vendor visits.
Maintain professional appearance (black polo shirt provided; employee provides black / khaki pants and black shoes).
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED.
1+ year in a related role (B2B, technical, or customer-facing).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
Able to present to small groups.
