We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, with base pay plus uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up period during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off during each pay period : at least 40 hours in the first year, and 80 hours per year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum paid sick leave as required by state law, if applicable.

Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
