As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol in Tomahawk, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Time : Mon-Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM, Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policiesRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activitiesMonitor for unusual activity or potential hazards and report findings according to established protocolsAssist with access control and verify the credentials of individuals entering restricted areasSupport emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal leadershipMaintain detailed records and write reports related to daily activities, incidents, and observations on the premisesCommunicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors while upholding Allied Universal standardsWhat We're Looking For :
Availability across various days and shiftsReliability and ability to adapt to different post assignmentsA desire to gain broad experience and grow within the companyInterest in transitioning into full-time roles when availableMinimum Requirements :
Customer service experience is preferredA state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferredCPR certification and / or First Aid certification is preferredComfortable using a computer or tablet is preferredBe at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed rolesPossess a high school diploma or equivalentAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local lawsAllied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable lawsAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by lawLicensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentA valid driver's license will be required for driving positions onlyWhy Join Us :
