Field Technical Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Field Technical Representative (FTR) is a field-based (with company truck and your home office) for the Warranty / Technical Services team at Amrize Building Envelope division.

Amrize Building Envelope (ABE) is based out of Nashville. Technical Services is a vital and growing team; the FTR reports to the Regional Technical Manager for their respective area. The FTR is the "boots on the ground", face of the company who among many things, will conduct in their day to day :

• The training licensed roofing contractors in the proper application techniques for Elevate, GenFlex, and Gaco roofing products.
• Performing technical inspections of commercial roofing applications for no-dollar-limit warranty coverage, performing warranty claim investigations, and for providing on-site technical construction assistance to professional architects, designers, and installers.

This role is based in the North Texas region, with the FTR working remotely from a home base within the territory. The ideal candidate will reside in Dallas or Fort Worth, TX.
