A company is looking for a Head of Marketplace Automation & Growth to scale its core insurance business.
Key Responsibilities
Own the systems, strategy, and execution of the quoting engine and automation infrastructure
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to enhance user experience
Drive critical outcomes for the insurance marketplace, including loss ratio, retention, and conversion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Operations Research)
7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
Proven track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams
Structured framework for problem-solving based on first principles
Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and C-suite executives
