As an AR & Collections Representative, you'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, processing payments, and maintaining financial accuracy.

Overview of the AR & Collections Representative :

• Actively follow up on past-due accounts through direct outreach to account holders to ensure timely resolution and payment.
• Process credit card and ACH transactions using an approved third-party payment platform.
• Review and release sales orders in accordance with established company credit policies.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve accounts receivable issues, including short payments, deductions, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Establish and maintain full-cycle job accounts in line with company procedures and compliance standards.
• Prepare and submit lien waivers and credit reference documents as required.
• Provide backup support for general A / R activities, including deposit processing, credit application review, and data entry.
• Accurately apply incoming payments and maintain up-to-date records of cash applications.
• Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
