The Pricing and Procurement Manager is responsible for leading efforts in optimizing product pricing and purchasing strategies across our portfolio. This position plays a key role in shaping profitability and competitiveness through the development and execution of pricing models, procurement negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical skill, market knowledge, and leadership experience, preferably from a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment. This is not a remote position and will be hybrid in our Kennesaw, GA corporate office.

Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Develop, deploy, and manage pricing strategies for a wide range of pharmaceutical products, with a focus on custom pricing models tailored to specific customer and market needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitor pricing to guide strategic decisions.
- Work closely with sales teams to implement pricing that aligns with business goals and customer expectations.
- Develop pricing tools and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across regions and business units.
Procurement & Supplier Negotiations
Lead negotiations with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing, terms, and service levels.Evaluate supplier performance and support sourcing initiatives to drive cost savings and improve quality.Collaborate with procurement, finance, and legal teams to establish and manage supplier contracts and vendor relationships.Stay informed on commodity pricing, market availability, and vendor shifts that could impact supply costs or availability.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Act as a key liaison between pricing, procurement, sales, operations, and finance teams.Drive alignment across departments on pricing policies and procurement goals.Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to junior team members or cross-functional project participants.Influence key stakeholders to gain buy-in for pricing and sourcing decisions.Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications and Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated success in vendor management and cost savings initiatives.Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.Proven ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.Experience with ERP and pricing software tools is a plus (NetSuite).Physical Requirements :
