Designs educational offerings using adult education principles and learning styles.

Directs the delivery of education for nursing orientation and conducts competency assessments.

Facilitates ongoing development and establishes courses based on needs assessments and compliance requirements.

Delivers educational activities to develop, maintain, and enhance the knowledge and skills of nursing staff.

Maintains educational and competency records in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
