What you will do :

• Partners with client groups integrating human resources strategies and practices with business strategies and operating plans.
• Partners with business management to achieve business results by providing strategic and tactical leadership, counsel and advice concerning Human Resource matters.
• Facilitates the development and management of the workforce including recruitment, hiring, training & development, career development, succession planning, retention etc.
• Provides leadership implementing performance management, compensation, pension & benefit, and training & development programs.
• Ensures consistent implementation and interpretation of Human Resource Policies and practices to achieve legislative and Collective Agreement compliance.
• In partnership with Labor Relations, manages the grievance procedure.
• Partners with specialty HR functions to develop, improve and revise Policy and Program initiatives representing Employee Relations.
