Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage the restaurants budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
