Key Responsibilities

Manage team members, optimize workflow, and ensure superior client outcomes

Originate select work and collaborate with leadership to identify business development opportunities

Inspect properties for tier 1 clients and coach junior team members

Required Qualifications

State certified general appraiser license with a minimum of 3 years of experience

Mastery of complex concepts and assignments within the real estate sector

Full competency in core skills and beginner competency in project / account management

Ability to maintain state licensing and assist in team recruitment

Experience in signing reports
