Overview
Orientation and Mobility Trainer role at Nassau BOCES. The primary role of the Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS) is to provide services to children with visual impairments for orientation and safe travel skills within the classroom, school, and community. The COMS is responsible for the evaluation, implementation, and progress monitoring of children according to the Individual Education Plan.
