Role Overview

Could you be our next Senior Manager of Video Production ? Globe Life is looking for a Senior Manager of Video Production to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a video production team to tell impactful and compelling stories through video that make people care and engage on a personal level. Additionally, the Senior Manager of Video Production is responsible for identifying project needs, organizing resources for video production, and scheduling and communicating details. This role oversees videographers, producers, editors, motion graphic artists, and occasional freelance positions.

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday) .

What You Will Do

• Coordinate the activities of producers, videographers, editors, writers, motion graphics, and other personnel throughout the video production process.
• Oversee creation of project specific freelance talent such as voice-overs, motion graphics, and other media.
• Organize a video project’s schedule, needs, resources, and talent.
• Travel throughout North America (but not limited to).
• Control the production budget and allocate resources.
• Research video trends, assess ideas, and review finished scripts.
• Monitor post-production processes to ensure accurate completion of all details.
• Interview talent and clients for narrative stories and productions.
• Lead a team to establish project deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with multiple company divisions, internal clients, team members, and marketing department to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
• Maintain project status in project management software.
• Troubleshoot problems that arise during production.
• Adhere to branding guidelines for all areas of video.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice and health and safety laws.
