Construction Project Manager

Our client, a leader in data center infrastructure development, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the project execution team supporting large-scale data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Redmond, WA

Pay Range : $65-$72 / hourly

Develop and oversee detailed project plans, including timelines and resource requirements for data center construction projects.

Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.

Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to address potential issues proactively.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet expectations.

Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and management, particularly in large-scale construction projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management tools.

Strong understanding of project management principles, including Earned Value Management and Critical Path Methodology.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and present insights effectively.
