Additional information :

• 4-shift work week, shift start time is 7pm-5am Monday-Thursday.
• Hourly pay starting at $22 / hr.
• CDL A not required for this position.
• Three Day Weekends!
• Annual Merit Increase.

Position Purpose :

Food and food service delivery Drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers! As a Hostler, you will play a vital role in the operation of our business by transporting tractor trailers on Operating Company property, including loading docks and designated parking areas, and to offsite maintenance or inspection facilities .

Primary Responsibilities :

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to :

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent 6+ months driving experience.

Internal candidates may be promoted with less than 6 months experience with good performance record in accordance with driver training program requirements.

Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position.

Valid commercial driver’s license. This is optional. We are willing to train.

Meet all State licensing and / or certification requirements (where applicable).

Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.

Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Pass road test Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and / or other equipment to move and / or stack product cases / freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location.

Preferred Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent 1+ years Foodservice distribution industry experience.

Onboard computer and electronic log system experience (i.e., PeopleNet).
