Team Overview :
You will serve as the single point of contact and escalation manager for a team dedicated to supporting a single, prominent client in the midwestern United States, known for the excellent care they provide to primarily underprivileged populations. The work you do will directly contribute to the client's success, both in supporting their clinicians with workflows that are efficient and pertinent, and in enabling safe, high quality patient care. The team is made up of employees in both India and the United States, and is divided into two parts : a group of analysts providing support for operationally required changes and enhancements to clinical applications, and a a group of analysts leading projects that will standardize and modernize the workflows of nurses and providers. You will be the primary contact for the client for all IT Managed Services activities.
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced analyst to shepherd application support and project initiatives for our Oracle Health Millennium electronic health record (EHR) system in a dynamic, large-scale hospital environment. This role will oversee a team responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day support and troubleshooting of the EHR platform, while driving strategic projects to enhance clinical workflows, system integrations, and overall patient care delivery. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills (including with client C-suite), expertise in Oracle Health Millennium, and is both metrics-driven and capable of bridging technical and clinical knowledge to successfully meet client objectives.
Required qualifications :
3+ years in healthcare IT, with demonstrable success in leading projects and dotted-line teams.
Hands on experience with Cerner Millennium, either in nursing or physician workflows, or as an Integration Architect.
Proven track record of successfully delivering on project objectives and building positive relationships with client leadership.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing priorities across multiple initiatives, and following appropriate escalation pathways.
Willingness to travel occasionally, as needed.
Preferred qualifications :
Background in clinical informatics or prior clinical experience (e.g., RN) in order to better understand end-user perspectives.
Project management certification, e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the work for a team of application support analysts and project staff, providing guidance and escalation assistance.
Work closely with the leadership of other Oracle Health embedded teams with this client to ensure cohesive messaging, collaboration, and a seamless experience for the client.
Oversee daily application support activities, including incident resolution, system maintenance, upgrades, and user training for the Oracle Health Millennium EHR. Set and meet targets for measurable contiuous improvement.
Work proactively with the Project Manager to drive project initiatives from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, implementation planning, testing, and rollout of new features, integrations, or enhancements to the EHR system.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior clinical leadership (e.g., physicians, nurses, and department heads) and IT analysts, to align EHR capabilities with clinical needs and organizational goals.
Stay abreast of Oracle Health Millennium updates, best practices, and emerging healthcare technologies, and guide associates towards necessary adaptations and an understanding of potential unintended consequences.
Prepare and present reports on support activities, project status, and key performance indicators to executive leadership.

US : Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 to $67.88 per hour; from : $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
