RN Opportunity – One-on-One Care

Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a one-on-one care setting? Right at Home, recently named one of the top home care agencies in the region , is seeking a dedicated nurse for a day shift opportunity in Poulsbo, WA .

You'll be working with an advanced ALS client in their home, supported by a loyal and well-behaved service dog—a lovable black lab / golden retriever mix. This position offers a consistent Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (7a-3p). Competitive pay between $46.21 and $66.47 per hour. This is full-time with great benefits and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with your client and their family.

Do You Qualify?

If you meet the following, we’d love to hear from you :

You’re an RN licensed in Washington State

You’re seeking overnight shifts

You’re comfortable providing vent / trach care and PEG tube flushing

You can reliably commute to Poulsbo

You value meaningful, one-on-one care in a calm, home setting

RN Functions :

In this role, RN will provide high-level nursing care and support, including :

• Ventilator and tracheostomy management for an ALS client
• Medication administration and health documentation
• PEG tube flushing
• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Personal hygiene support
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Monitoring safety and responding to changes in condition
