Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Coordinator to join our outpatient vascular team in our Douglas, GA location. This job is a full time, in-office position. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the initial interaction with patients, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately and efficiently gathered and processed to facilitate an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial assessments and gather comprehensive patient information, ensuring data is correctly entered into the system.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administrative teams to ensure the seamless admission of patients.
• Schedule appointments and manage referrals to appropriate departments or specialists.
• Provide patients and families with relevant information regarding services, policies, and procedures with clarity and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and improvement of intake protocols and procedures for enhanced service delivery.

Qualifications :

What We Offer

This is a Full Time role, 5 days per week, no weekends or holidays required.

There is an hourly rate that from $18 to $20.50 per hour, based on your education, certification, job experience and job fit.
