We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Talent Manager with strong technical recruiting experience to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will lead end-to-end recruiting and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles.
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates using innovative methods.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and meet client needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
  • Promote employer brand and support workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including technical roles.
  • Strong initiative, follow-through, and client-focused mindset.
  • Advanced sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, networking).
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
