H&H Management Group, LLC is looking for someone responsible for leading overall operations for six stores (going on seven and more). This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, management development, following all food safety / health requirements, and ensuring a great guest experience.
Responsibilities Include :
Hire, train, and develop store managers
Communicate job expectations to store managersPlan, monitor, appraise, and review their managers job performanceProvide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriateOperational ExcellenceLead and develop operational strategy for multiple stores
Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurantEnsure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goalsMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable lawsEnsure brand standards and systems are executedPrepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and guest service standardsComplete audits and implement plans to drive system improvementsProfitabilityControl costs to help maximize profitability
Ensure all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely mannerEnsure all new product roll-outs including team training, marketing, and samplingSet sales goals and track resultsCompensation
Competitive salary ($65,000 - $85,000) + bonus, paid time off, health insurance benefits, 401k matching.
