RFP Analyst
Invesco, a leading global investment firm, seeks an RFP Analyst to join the Americas and EMEA RFP & Global Databases team. This role involves working alongside the Global RFP team to respond to all phases of the sales proposal process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
Responsibilities include researching, writing, editing, reviewing, and producing proposals and responding to due diligence questionnaires related to Invesco's global suite of products. The Analyst will work closely with the RFP Manager, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to assemble response data and create new / custom answers. Additionally, the Analyst will attend and coordinate qualification calls for new business requests, adhere to all processes for completion, tracking, and filing of work, and organize statistical data by utilizing various analytical databases to comply with questionnaire / database specifications.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in RFPs. A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communications, English, or Liberal Arts is preferred, with some exposure to Economics or Finance courses or interest in the markets being advantageous. Strong writing and editing skills, excellent communication, strong project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. The role requires a self-starter, highly motivated individual who is a critical thinker and quick learner, able to make suggestions in a global context and work both independently and as a team member. Interest in exploring a career in financial services is also required.
The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
This position is full-time, employee type, and non-exempt.
