We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Director to lead clinical operations in our Long-Term Care facility. This role ensures high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and medical team leadership.
Position Summary :
Job Title : Medical Director-LTC
Location : Springfield, MA 01199
Duration : 48 Weeks’ Contract (Possible Extension)
Schedule : M-F with EOW
Shift : Days (8x5)
Pay Range : $3200-$4000 / Gross Weekly
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all resident care
- Supervise and support medical staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Develop and implement clinical policies and protocols
- Lead quality improvement and infection control initiatives
- Communicate with families, staff, and external care providers
