Position Overview

TKO StaffPros, LLC is currently seeking a T-12 Knuckle Boom Truck Operator for a position in Aberdeen, MS . The ideal candidate will be a dependable, safety-conscious professional with experience operating a T-12 knuckle boom truck. This role is essential in supporting daily loading, unloading, and transport operations.

Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be able to take direction well, and demonstrate consistent reliability in attendance and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a T-12 knuckle boom truck safely and efficiently.

Load and unload materials according to supervisor instructions.

Conduct basic equipment inspections and ensure safe operation always.

Follow all company and safety procedures.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Maintain a consistent and dependable work schedule.

Qualifications

Experience operating a T-12 knuckle boom truck is required.

CDL not required.

Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment handling.

Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team environment.

Working Conditions

Regular physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Outdoor work environment — must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
