About Rose View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

What We’re Looking For

6+ months of experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred

A true passion for nursing care and resident well-being

Ability to stay calm and perform effectively in busy or emergency situations

Strong communication skills to collaborate with residents, families, and team members

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team

Manage emergency situations promptly and professionally

Accurately document care, maintain detailed reports, and ensure compliance with all regulations

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)

Ability to perform the physical tasks required in skilled nursing
