Join The Dragon People and help clinicians adopt cutting-edge healthcare AI (Dragon Medical One, DAX Copilot). This is an entry-level, remote role where you’ll learn SaaS customer success, keep the pipeline clean, and support renewals—inside a supportive team that makes it fun every day.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in SaaS operations and customer success while doing meaningful work that improves clinician workflows and patient documentation.
The Role : What You’ll Do
Keep data clean : Manage customer and deal records in HubSpot (clinicians, admins, users, EHRs).Pipeline hygiene : Update stages, owners, and dates so leadership has an accurate view.Own renewals basics : Track timelines, build simple renewal views, flag risks / opps.Usage insights : Review utilization data and highlight retention opportunities.Onboarding prep : Ensure new customers have the right info for smooth implementation.Visibility : Create lightweight reports on renewals, expansions, and success activity.What You’ll Bring

Salary : $49,000 base + performance plan up to $6,000 / year tied to retention / renewals.Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and a vibrant culture.Schedule : Monday–Friday 9am – 5pm EST.Location : Remote, USA only.
