Product Development Specialist

A company is looking for a Product Development Specialist, In Office, Hybrid, Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor product performance by tracking KPIs, user feedback, and support trends

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for product refinement based on data and customer insights

Manage post-launch roadmaps by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize updates and fixes

Qualifications :

5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the mortgage or reverse mortgage market

Experience in Banking with a strong understanding of banking product offerings preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities

Ability to influence decisions and build consensus across various levels and functions

Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
