Rho is hiring a Brand Creative Strategist to concept and launch founder-first campaigns that drive visibility, shift perception, and make Rho the obvious financial partner for early-stage startups.
This isn't a brand systems or visual identity rolethe foundation is set. Your job is to make it resonate. You'll craft high-impact creative that changes behavior. Think campaigns that earn attention, build belief, and help Rho win mindshare in a crowded, fast-moving category.
Each quarter, you'll develop big ideasfrom sharp insights to bold executionthat show up across social, out-of-home, digital, and IRL. You'll also stay nimble, spinning up timely, tactical creative that responds to the moment : funding cycles, market shifts, founder behavior. The right headline at the right time can win a dealyou'll help us write it.
You'll join a lean, mighty internal brand studio that runs like an in-house agency : part strategist, part writer, part creative director, part operator. We move fast. We value ideas that ship. And we care deeply about craft.

Qualifications
Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $210,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
